About Ordering a Brooklyn Watch Online

Thank you for your interest in Brooklyn Watches!

If you are in the New York area, the best thing to do is stop by the Brooklyn Flea so you can see the watches in person.

The best way to decide on a watch is to see it on your arm!

If you are not nearby, it is possible to order a watch via email. Shipping in the U.S. via USPS Priority Mail is free. Click on the Contact the Studio button on the page of the watch you want and send me an email. The turnaround time for watch orders is 6 months.

The watch movements I use are available in a variety of textures and colors. Please specify if you have a preference. Since these components are vintage, each is unique. I can alsways provide a scan of a specific watch that I have in stock.

I accept Mastercard, Visa and PayPal.

Study the description of the watch you want, especially the dimensions. Because Brooklyn Watches run on pocket watch movements, they are larger than average men's watches! Read the About Brooklyn Watches page for information on how the timepieces are made and how to care for them. Be sure to ask questions if you have them. Unfortunately I cannot issue refunds. Store credit or exchanges may be possible

I always stand behind my work. Brooklyn Watches are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. (Damage from abuse is not covered by the guarantee.) If you have trouble with a watch beyond one year, you can return it to me for repair. I will always give an estimate before starting work.

If you are not nearby, all shipping expenses for repairs are your responsibility, whether in warranty or not.

If you are running a mechanical watch daily, it should be serviced every 2-3 years. I provide this service or it can be done by a good watch repair person in your area.

Again, study the description of the watch, read the About Brooklyn Watches page and ask questions before ordering!
